The Davie Water/ Waste Water Treatment Plant project consisted of the construction of a 6-million-gallon-per-day (MGD) brackish water membrane treatment plant as well as a 3.5-MGD membrane water reclamation facility. The project included the construction of a new utility office for the town, a series of five raw water wells, two deep injection wells, and the reuse of the reclaimed water. The scope of work consisted of the structure package, comprising 14 buildings, including foundations, concrete, masonry, tilt-wall systems, roofing, windows and doors, structural steel, miscellaneous metals, stucco & EIFS, and elevator systems.
