As the Owner’s Representative for the Developer of the Q Club Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort, we assisted with the final completion of the project, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other punch list items. Also, some miscellaneous general contracting work was performed at the request of the owner.
